It’s always best when a band or orchestra director can put on a demo concert for incoming students, but we know schedules can get in the way. If you can’t make it to a school, we can. With a small team, we’ll talk to the students about the joy of music, demo the beginner instruments, and get them excited to sign up for your class in the fall. - Instrument Fittings
We know it’s a lot of work to find out what each student in your incoming class will play, that’s why we’re here to help make that process easier and faster! Schedule an instrument fitting night with us, and we’ll bring in a team of professionals to help get each student on the instrument that’s right for them. - Recruiting Resources

Instrument Repair
The backbone of any music program is its supply of well maintained school instruments, and we know that students can sometimes be a little rough on them. That’s why our repair department is there to make sure your school instruments get the care they need.
We pick up and deliver to each school once a week, so we can collect any instruments you need evaluated, and our repair estimates are free! Most repairs can be completed and delivered back out to the school the following week. Need it faster than that? Let us know, and we can find a way to get you what you need, when you need it.
Time for summer repair? We’ll come out to your school and give you an onsite appraisal of the work needed on all your school horns. Send in what you want done, and we’ll have it ready to go well before school starts in the fall.
School Discounts
A band’s budget can be a difficult thing to manage. From sheet music and new instruments to band trips and transportation, we know each director has to be careful with how much they spend and where.
To help your program, we offer special discounts on all school orders. It doesn’t matter if you’re just getting a few in-class mouthpieces, or ordering several brand new instruments, each school order receives the maximum discount.
